By accessing and using the Brainfy platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You agree to use Brainfy only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under the age of 18 should have parental consent before using our platform.

All content on the Brainfy platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Brainfy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent.

Access codes are issued by teachers and grant access to specific lessons or courses. Each access code is for single use only and may not be shared or transferred.

Brainfy reserves the right to revoke access to course content if misuse is detected or if payment obligations are not met.

Some courses or features on Brainfy may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@brainfy.me within 7 days of purchase if you have any issues.

Brainfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall Brainfy's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform during the twelve months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
